Job Summary (MUST BE 21+) Loving Botanicals CBD is seeking a friendly, motivated, and knowledgeable Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with customer service experience and familiarity with CBD and hemp products. You'll help provide exceptional service to our customers while maintaining the welcoming and professional environment. Duties Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide guidance on CBD and hemp products, including tinctures, edibles, topicals, and other related items Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales areas Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Follow all local, state, and federal regulations for cannabis and CBD retail Assist with basic inventory management and product restocking Uphold store policies and contribute to a positive team environment Qualifications 1-2 years of customer service experience Familiarity with CBD and hemp products Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling Positive attitude and willingness to learn
