As a Health Enthusiast, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them in selecting the right products to enhance their health journey. Responsibilities Engage with customers to provide information about health and wellness products. Assist customers in selecting items that meet their individual health goals. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings. Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory effectively and ensure stock levels are maintained. Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending complementary items. Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively. Proficient in cash handling and operating POS systems. Basic math skills for accurate cash register operations and retail math applications. Experience in retail sales is preferred, with a focus on health-related products being a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
