Key Responsibilities Client Experience :

Greet clients, manage check-ins, answer phones, and maintain a clean, high-energy and professional studio environment.

Sales & Education :

Introduce clients to our suite of Hyper Wellness services (cryotherapy, IV drip therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, compression therapy and more), guide them toward the best solutions to meet their personalized health goals and to convert single visits into memberships.

Modalities Administration :

Safely assist clients into and out of modalities in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

Account Management:

Schedule appointments, handle billing and point of sale (POS) transactions, and manage member profiles.

Requirements & Responsibilities Availability :

Part Time position requiring 18-31 hours per week, including mandatory weekend availability (Saturdays and/or Sundays).

Sales Drive :

Prior experience in sales is essential, retail hospitality or wellness front desk preferred.

Communication :

Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with a genuine passion for health and wellness.

Tech-Savy :

Comfortable operating scheduling software, POS platforms, marketing platforms and basic office systems.

Dependability :

Punctual, proactive and capable of multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
