Communicate Frontier service information clearly in English and another language when appropriate to the customer's needs. Ask questions and listen attentively to understand what customers are looking for and what matters most to them. Introduce relevant Frontier products and service options while keeping conversations informative, straightforward, and customer-focused. Answer questions, address basic concerns, and make sure customers have a clear understanding of the options available to them. Keep customer conversations, follow-ups, and assigned responsibilities organized throughout the day. What Will Help You Succeed as a Bilingual Sales Associate High school diploma or GED required; additional education or college experience is a plus. Bilingual communication skills with the ability to communicate comfortably and professionally with customers. Friendly and approachable personality with a genuine interest in helping others.
