Whether your background is in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, or another people-focused role, we provide the training and mentorship to help you succeed. No previous telecommunications experience is required. Prime Horizon is an Authorized Dealer for AT&T, providing customers with in-person support and solutions for their wireless, internet, and connectivity needs. What You'll Do as an
AT&T Associate:
Represent AT&T products and services through in-person customer interactions. Build relationships and provide an outstanding customer experience. Learn and recommend AT&T wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions. AT&T Associates answer questions and help customers find solutions that fit their needs. Work toward individual and team sales goals. Participate in daily training and coaching focused on sales, communication, and leadership. What We're Looking For in anAT&T Associate:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or restaurant experience is a plus. Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Reliable transportation and availability to work full-time. Interest in building a long-term career in sales and leadership.
