Hialeah Gardens, FL Pay:

$18/hour + sales commissions based on accessories sales.

Schedule:

Full-time, approximately 38-40 hours/week Our independently family-owned Red Wing Shoes store in Hialeah Gardens is looking for a motivated, sales-driven associate with a great attitude who enjoys helping customers, achieving goals, and being part of a team. We want someone who does more than wait for customers. The right person will ask questions, understand customer needs, confidently recommend complete solutions, and help grow the store. What You'll Do Provide excellent customer service and actively sell. Learn and consistently follow our Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX) fitting and sales process. Recommend work boots, inserts/orthotics, socks, accessories, and care products. Work toward individual and store sales and KPI goals . Build relationships and repeat customers. Support the Store Manager and teammates wherever needed. Help with inventory, merchandising, paperwork, cleaning, organization, warranties, returns, and daily store operations. Take initiative during slower periods—there is always something productive to do. Help contact local businesses, follow up with prospects, and generate new commercial accounts. Commission Opportunity In addition to hourly pay, you can earn commissions based on accessory sales . The more qualifying accessories you sell, the more commission you can earn. We provide product and sales training to help you confidently recommend the right products to customers. Who We're Looking For Strong sales and customer-service skills. Positive, energetic, professional attitude. Proactive and self-motivated. Reliable and responsible. Strong team player who supports the Store Manager and coworkers. Comfortable explaining product benefits and closing sales. Willing to learn, accept coaching, and improve. Someone who genuinely cares about the store and its success. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred. Weekend availability required.
