Job Description
We are currently seeking a retail sales associate to join our reputable eye care practice. As a retail sales associate you will play a crucial role in supporting the optometrist and optician ensuring efficient operations within the office. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those interested in contributing to the well-being of our patients and delivering exceptional eye care services. Previous optical experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with choosing appropriate frame style.
- Offer excellent customer service and maintain professional and friendly demeanor at all times
- Provide assistance with frame adjustments and repairs.
- Assist patients with choosing appropriate lens package based on prescription needs.
- Submit prescription orders to labs.
- Inspect incoming prescription orders for accuracy
- Process frame and lens warranties.
- Front desk check in and check out patients.
- Multi task in a fast pace environment.
