We're looking for a confident, personable, and style-minded individual to join our team. At Luminary, sales is about more than transactions. It's about hospitality, styling, connection, and making every guest feel seen.

Love fashion, styling, and beautiful details. Naturally connect with people and make them feel comfortable. Can read a room and know when to step in—or step back. Enjoy creating complete looks and thoughtful recommendations. Are motivated by sales goals without being pushy. Take initiative and notice what needs to be done. Care about keeping the store polished, organized, and elevated. Want to grow your confidence, styling ability, and sales skills.
