• What started as a 30,000 square foot destination has grown into a 70,000 square foot retail experience, making us one of the most ambitious antique destinations in the state of Florida. With hundreds of vendors, thousands of unique items, and constant daily movement, this is a fast paced environment where customer service, teamwork, and adaptability matter every day. We are looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer focused Cashier who enjoys people, works well under pressure, and takes pride in helping create a smooth and welcoming shopping experience. We are also looking for someone who can help lift and load large furniture pieces. Responsibilities Operate registers and point of sale software accurately and efficiently during customer transactions Deliver strong customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and helping create a positive shopping experience Assist vendors with printing inventory tags, basic booth support, and occasional item movement Handle cash, credit card transactions, and retail math with accuracy Support daily store operations including straightening, cleaning, organizing, and maintaining front end flow Work closely with the team to keep the sales floor running smoothly during busy periods Stay physically active throughout the day, including extended walking across a large retail floor Lift and move items weighing 25 pounds or more when needed Skills and Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Retail, cashier, or sales experience preferred, but not required Comfortable using computers, phone apps and learning point of sale systems Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail Able to stay on your feet for extended periods in a high traffic environment Comfortable working in a large format retail setting where movement is constant Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Why Florida's Antique Mall Be part of one of the fastest growing antique destinations in Florida Work in a unique environment filled with history, creativity, and constant variety Join a team that values reliability, energy, and strong culture Every day is different because no two customers, vendors, or finds are ever the same This is more than a cashier role.
