Job Overview About Us Ocean Magic is a coastal lifestyle and surf shop bringing the best in surfboards, apparel, and beach gear to our community. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes the beach culture to join our team and help customers find exactly what they need to get out on the water — or just look good doing it. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, offering product knowledge on surfboards, wetsuits, apparel, and accessories Process transactions accurately using our POS system Keep the sales floor stocked, organized, and visually appealing Help with receiving and merchandising new inventory Build genuine relationships with regulars and first-time visitors alike Support seasonal promotions, events, and inventory counts What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Passion for surfing, skating, or beach/coastal lifestyle (a plus, not required) Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Comfortable on your feet for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs (boards, boxes, displays) Retail experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person Availability to work weekends and holidays Why Work With Us Employee discount on all gear and apparel Fun, laid-back work environment with a team that loves the ocean Flexible scheduling Opportunities to grow within the store How to
