Covered A prestigious luxury fashion brand is seeking a Temporary Retail Support Associate to join its Bal Harbour boutique through the end of September. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with luxury retail experience who enjoy delivering exceptional client service while supporting a high-performing boutique team in a fast-paced environment. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in luxury ready-to-wear (RTW), beauty, or makeup , though strong luxury retail backgrounds across other categories will also be considered. Key Responsibilities Provide an elevated, luxury-level client experience Support the sales team with daily boutique operations Assist with merchandise replenishment, organization, and stockroom support Process incoming deliveries and maintain inventory accuracy Support fitting rooms and client appointments as needed Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and boutique presentation Assist with operational tasks to ensure the boutique runs efficiently Work collaboratively with the team during peak business periods Qualifications Previous luxury retail experience required Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) and/or beauty/makeup strongly preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment Reliable with a positive, team-oriented attitude Must be available to work weekends Schedule Full-Time (5 days per week) Weekend availability required Typical shifts: 10:30 AM - 7:15 PM or 12:30 PM - 9:15 PM (45-minute unpaid lunch break) Dress Code Black pants White t-shirt or button-down shirt Black blazer or jacket Professional, polished appearance This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience with a globally recognized luxury fashion brand while supporting its Bal Harbour boutique through the conclusion of its seasonal pop-up.
