Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish language; excellent communication skills are essential. Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and retail math calculations. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Knowledge of banking or financial services, including retail lending or loan collections.
