Salary + Commission •This position is Monday-Friday at the Land O' Lakes clinic. However, you'll have a half day shift at the Land O' Lakes location, one of your days will be dedicated to marketing efforts, and you'll need to be able to work weekends if needed• Responsibilities Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for chiropractors. Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered. Maintain accurate patient records and manage office files efficiently. Assist with administrative tasks including billing and insurance verification as needed. Support the chiropractic team with clerical duties to ensure smooth operations. Recommend the best plan and packages for each patient in accordance with their treatment plan. Promote a friendly and professional atmosphere within the clinic. Contribute to the overall patient experience by fostering a welcoming environment. Qualifications Proven experience as an office coordinator or similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Sales experience preferred Experience as a medical receptionist is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required. Familiarity with calendar management software and office equipment is preferred.
