We're looking for a dependable, organized and energetic Back-of-House Support / Part-Time Sales Associate to join the Pink Hibiscus team on Marco Island. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable with the behind-the-scenes operations of a busy retail boutique , while also being friendly and confident assisting customers on the sales floor. Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including some weekend availability. Additional hours may be available during our busy season but are not guaranteed. Hours may be reduced during the slower off-season.

Responsibilities will include:

Receiving and unpacking incoming merchandise Checking merchandise against shipments and purchase orders Tagging and preparing new merchandise for the sales floor Organizing and maintaining back-stock and inventory areas Restocking and merchandising the sales floor Assisting with inventory counts and keeping merchandise organized Learning and using our point-of-sale and inventory system Assisting customers and providing excellent service on the sales floor Helping wherever needed to keep the store running smoothly We're looking for someone who is organized, accurate, efficient and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Previous retail experience—particularly experience with receiving, inventory, merchandising or stockroom operations—is strongly preferred. Pink Hibiscus is a busy, locally owned women's boutique with a wonderful customer base and a friendly, team-oriented environment.
