A mature, friendly, outgoing, confident, and responsible individual is needed to be a Sales Associate in our new Eastport, The Villages location opening mid-October. This experienced Sales Associate will spend 20-30 hours a week assisting customers with finding just the right merchandise (Women's Clothing and Accessories, as well as Home Decor) and completing sales transactions. The Sales Associate will help with housekeeping, as well as receiving new merchandise and getting it sales floor-ready. Must be comfortable using a step ladder and lifting boxes of inventory at times.

Please note:

This position includes some weekend shifts, with Saturdays and Sundays rotated among team members. Closing shifts are also shared and rotated so that no one individual is consistently responsible for evenings or weekends. Our store hours are Monday-Thursday 10AM to 7PM; Friday/Saturday 10AM to 9PM; and Sunday 12PM to 6PM. We work together to create a balanced schedule, while making sure our customers are well taken care of. Our stores have been in Fernandina Beach, St. Augustine, Apalachicola, and Port St. Joe Florida for over 15+ years, carrying unique Florida-inspired merchandise made all over the world. We maintain a fun, but fast-paced environment and offer a very generous Associate Discount. Previous retail sales experience is required.

Pay:

$16.75 - $18.00 per hour
