Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide tailored product or service recommendations. Process sales transactions accurately using retail math principles, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Assist customers with banking-related inquiries, including basic loan processing and financial software navigation. Manage cash register operations, ensuring proper cash management and adherence to cash handling procedures. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and stock shelves to create an inviting shopping experience. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and following up to ensure satisfaction. Support team members with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandise displays. Experience Prior retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for engaging with customers is essential. Basic math skills, including proficiency in retail math and 10 key typing, are necessary for accurate transaction processing. Familiarity with banking or financial services environments is a plus, especially related to loan processing or cash management. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Experience working with financial software or point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
