Experienced Fashion Sales Associate - Part-Time Lola Moda - Naples, Florida $18 per hour | Approximately 20-35 hours per week Immediate start Lola Moda is looking for two experienced, enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our new fashion boutique at the Shoppes at Vanderbilt in Naples. Born in Europe and inspired by Italian style, Lola Moda offers thoughtfully selected fashion in limited quantities. We are creating a warm, personal shopping experience where every customer feels welcomed, understood, and confident in what she wears. Our boutique opens on October 1, and the selected candidates must be available to begin immediately to assist with store preparation and training. What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide attentive, personalized service Understand each customer's style, preferences, and needs Recommend clothing and accessories with confidence and authenticity Build lasting customer relationships Assist customers in the fitting room and complete sales at the register Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting boutique Restock merchandise and keep displays neat throughout the day Assist with receiving, unpacking, preparing, and organizing merchandise Help prepare the boutique before its October 1 opening Support the team with daily store operations What We're Looking For Approximately two years of fashion boutique or women's apparel retail experience A genuine interest in fashion, styling, and customer service A warm, polished, reliable, and professional presence Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence approaching customers and making thoughtful recommendations Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Attention to detail and respect for the boutique's presentation Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays is required Position Details Two part-time positions available Approximately 25-35 hours per week $18 per hour Immediate start Weekend and holiday availability required
