Offer advice or information. Guide customers through projects. Help unload incoming trucks and stock merchandise. Maintain your assigned department. Work alongside your retail team. Demonstrate Sunshine Ace's famous customer service. About You Knowledge and experience of items within the following departments are preferred: Electrical, Hardware, Housewares, Lawn & Garden, Plumbing and/or Tools. Able to communicate professionally with customers and team members Skilled at providing prompt, friendly and attentive customer service Ability to exert moderate, though not constant, physical effort - typically involving some combination of climbing and balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Requires the ability to reach, bend, balance, lift and transport various objects weighing up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift. Requires the ability to move heavier objects with assistance.
