We are currently hiring an AT&T Sales Associate in Fort Myers, FL. This is an entry-level, full-time, door-to-door sales position focused on working directly with residential customers in assigned neighborhoods. In this role, you will engage with homeowners face-to-face, introduce AT&T wireless services, and help individuals choose solutions that best fit their needs. What You'll Do Conduct door-to-door sales presentations with residential customers Work face-to-face in assigned neighborhoods to promote AT&T wireless services Explain wireless plans, devices, and current promotions clearly Guide customers through the enrollment and activation process Maintain accurate records of sales activity and interactions Meet daily and weekly sales goals in a performance-based environment Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills What We're Looking For Interest in sales or customer-facing roles Strong communication skills and a professional attitude Comfortable working outdoors and door-to-door Self-motivated and goal-oriented High school diploma or equivalent preferred Reliable transportation required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Job Details Location:

Fort Myers, FL Schedule:

Monday-Saturday, full-time (average 40 hours/week)

Compensation:

100% commission Average performance: at least 1 sale per day About the Role This position involves working directly in the field, going door-to-door in residential areas , and speaking with customers in person. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, working independently, and building sales experience.
