full-time Il'argento is a family-owned home décor, tableware, gifting, and wedding registry boutique located in Aventura, FL. We are a growing small business looking for a friendly, polished, organized, and motivated person to join our team full-time. We're looking for someone who has great taste, positive energy, and a genuine interest in home décor, tabletop, gifting, entertaining, and beautiful things. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and being part of a close-knit, creative team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in-store and provide excellent customer service
- Support daily store operations and organization
- Prepare, pack, and coordinate customer orders and gift deliveries
- Assist with online orders and shipping
- Help maintain inventory and merchandise organization
- Assist wedding registry customers and gift orders
- Support basic social media and content-related tasks What we're looking for:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
- Friendly, polished, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- An interest in home décor, entertaining, gifting, and social media
- Basic social media skills
- Shopify experience is a plus
- Positive attitude, great taste, and excited to grow with our team!
