We serve homeowners, contractors, painters, and property managers with premium paint, expert color advice, and friendly service. We're growing and looking for a motivated Retail Sales Representative to join our team. What You'll Do Greet and assist walk-in customers, contractors, and painters in a fast-paced retail environment Help customers choose the right Benjamin Moore products (interior, exterior, primers, stains, specialty coatings) for their projects Provide color guidance and recommendations using color samples and fan decks Tint and mix paint accurately using our computerized color-matching equipment (training provided) Process sales, special orders, and payments through our POS system Build relationships with contractors and repeat customers, and follow up on quotes and orders Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and keep the store clean, organized, and well merchandised Answer phone calls and customer questions about products, pricing, and availability What We're Looking For Retail or customer service experience (paint, hardware, or home improvement is a big plus) Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Friendly, professional, and comfortable selling and recommending products Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Basic computer skills; comfortable using a POS system Able to lift up to 50 lbs (5-gallon paint cans) and stand for long periods Availability to work some Saturdays Why Join Us Paid training on Benjamin Moore products and color matching Growth opportunities in a new, growing business Friendly, team-oriented environment
