As an AT&T Crew Member, you will work directly with customers to introduce AT&T Fiber services, answer questions, and recommend solutions that fit each household's needs. You'll receive the support and resources needed to build confidence in customer interactions while creating a positive experience from the initial conversation through account enrollment. Responsibilities of the AT&T Crew Member Meet with customers to present AT&T Fiber products and services. Recommend internet solutions based on each customer's needs and lifestyle. Explain product features, pricing, and available service options in a clear and professional manner. Assist customers with account enrollment and ensure all information is completed accurately. Build positive customer relationships through exceptional service and communication. Meet individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach. Stay informed on current products, promotions, and industry updates. Maintain accurate customer records and follow company sales procedures. Qualifications for the AT&T Crew Member Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another customer-facing role is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior AT&T Crew Member experience is highly preferred Comfortable speaking with customers in person and building rapport. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Organized and able to manage multiple customer interactions throughout the day. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment. AT&T Crew Member Preferred Skills Ability to identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services. Sales experience is a plus but not required. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to complete customer enrollments accurately. Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Pay:

$950.00 - $1,400.00 per week
