Someone who genuinely loves fashion, styling, and creating an exceptional client experience. This role is centered around personal styling, clienteling, building strong customer relationships, and developing brand knowledge in a fast paced boutique environment. You'll play a role in growing ZOË's presence in the community through in-store events, designer trunk shows, pop-ups and local charity partnerships. Duties Build and maintain client relationships, consistent followup Commission base sales Knowledge of all designers, collections, products details, fit and style that we have in-store Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling Assist with in-store events, trunk shows, and pop-ups Assist with merchandising, steaming, tagging, inventory organization, processing shipments Process online orders, transfers, shipping Represent ZOË with professionalism, enthusiasm, and passion for fashion Qualifications Previous retail, luxury retail, styling experience Strong communication skills organized, dependable, and detailed oriented Ability to multitask between sales, clienteling, merchandising and daily operations Comfortable with POS (shopify, Lightspeed), email, social media Availability at least 3 days per week, weekends We're looking for someone who doesn't just want to work in retail but lives and breathes fashion, loves styling and wants ti build something special with us!
