Position:

Cell Phone Repair Technician & Electronic Sales We are looking for motivated candidates with a passion for technology to repair and sell smartphones, computers, and accessories, while delivering a positive customer experience. The position will start with part time hours of 30-35hrs a week with the opportunity for full time after 90 days.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist with technical questions pertaining to smart phones, and computers. Ability to clearly explain and teach customers about technology. Strong troubleshooting skills. Perform phone and computer repairs to the highest industry standards. Sale new and used electronics (smart phones, computers, gaming consoles, etc..). Effectively offer and close accessory add on sales with each customer interaction. Perform daily opening and closing procedures, maintain store appearance, and help create a positive working environment. Ability to multi-task. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a friendly work environment. Skills and Qualifications Minimum one year experience handling cash transactions. Minimum one year experience in retail customer service. Minimum one year experience in retail sales. Professional experience w/ smart phone and computer repair (preferred) Knowledgeable in operating and explaining smart phone functionality Be able to operate basic computer skills. RepairQ OS experience (preferred, but not required) Wise Certified (preferred, but not required) Apple IRP Certified (preferred, but not required) Samsung ISP Certified (preferred, but not required) Compensation We offer a competitive wage, an aggressive commission on sales, and tips. Current commission and tips are averaging out to over $3hr on top of your hourly pay! Specifically for sales oriented individuals. Hourly/salary will be based off of experience. $14-$16hr plus sales commissions for entry level technicians. $17-20hr plus sales commissions for experienced technicians!
