3:00pm-11:00pm | 10:00pm-7:00am | Some Day Shifts Available $15.00

• We are currently hiring Retail Associates for multiple departments at a major retail location in Panama City Beach, FL!

This is a great opportunity for dependable team members looking for immediate work with flexible department placement. Assignment duration is expected to run through Labor Day, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Departments & Responsibilities:

Stocking & Unloading

• Stock shelves and replenish merchandise
• Load, unload, and move products, including bulky merchandise
• Sort products in the backroom
• Assist with unloading trucks as needed
• Maintain clean and organized department areas
• Assist customers while stocking
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders General Merchandising / Online Order Fulfillment
• Fulfill online customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Review customer orders and locate merchandise on sales floor
• Dispense customer pickup orders in varying weather conditions
• Engage with customers and provide assistance as needed Cleaning / Maintenance
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Floor care including dust mopping, damp mopping, and sweeping
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and restrooms
• Empty trash and maintain exterior areas
• Clean employee break/lounging areas
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders Food & Grocery
• Stock and replenish grocery merchandise
• Assist customers with product questions
• Work in bakery, deli, dairy, meat, produce, and other departments
• Support order fulfillment and product presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards Cart Attendant
• Retrieve shopping carts from parking lot
• Return carts to designated store areas
• Assist customers with loading merchandise into vehicles
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and organization Qualifications
• Previous retail, stocking, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Strong customer service skills Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors depending on assignment
• Ability to climb small ladders and perform physical job duties safely
