Job Overview Paradise Adventures is seeking enthusiastic, sales-oriented individuals to join our guest-facing photography and sales team. This role is perfect for energetic professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoy engaging directly with guests. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in: Capturing high-quality digital photos Engaging and assisting guests with professionalism Applying sales strategies to maximize commissions Contributing to a fun, fast-paced tourist environment If you're energetic, sales-driven and ready to be part of an amazing team, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Set up, operate and maintain digital photography equipment Welcome and guide guests to the photo capture area with a friendly, professional demeanor Engage with visitors of all backgrounds and personalities, ensuring a positive guest experience Learn and deliver effective sales techniques to promote photography products and services Perform light image enhancements, such as adjusting brightness, contrast and shadows. Operate and manage the Photo POS system, including editing, printing, sorting and packaging images in souvenirs to take back home and share Maintain attractive and organized retail displays at photo kiosks Provide a polished, memorable and guest-focused sales experience that encourages repeat business Ideal Candidate Profile No photography experience needed (but welcomed)! Retail experience is a plus! We will train you on our systems. Positive attitude and willingness to learn Enjoys working with families, tourists and high guest volume Detail-oriented, adaptable and results-driven Must have reliable transportation Must be 16 or older Must be authorized to work in the US Pay Hourly + Commission •Hiring Immediately•
