We sell unique 3D-printed toys, fidget toys, customizable clickers, keychains, and accessories . Our kiosk is interactive and fun—customers can see, touch, try, and customize many of our products. We're looking for people who enjoy talking to customers, demonstrating products, and making sales . This is not just a cashier position. We want team members who are comfortable engaging shoppers and helping turn mall traffic into customers. We offer hourly pay PLUS sales commission , giving motivated associates the opportunity to earn more based on their sales performance. Responsibilities Greet and actively engage customers passing the kiosk Demonstrate our 3D toys, fidget products, and custom clickers Explain customization options, colors, styles, letters, and shapes Recommend products and suggest additional items to increase sales Work toward individual and kiosk sales goals Process cash and credit card transactions using our POS system Assist customers with simple product customization and assembly Restock merchandise and keep displays organized Maintain a clean, attractive, and exciting kiosk Learn our products so you can confidently answer customer questions Provide excellent customer service from beginning to end What We're Looking For Outgoing, energetic, and sales-oriented personality Comfortable approaching and starting conversations with customers Strong communication and customer service skills Motivated by commission and sales goals Reliable, responsible, and punctual Comfortable working in a busy mall environment Able to stand for extended periods Retail, kiosk, or sales experience is a plus No 3D-printing experience required — we will train you What We Offer Hourly pay + sales commission Opportunity to earn more through strong sales performance Employee training Fun and unique products that are easy to demonstrate Fast-paced mall environment Opportunity for growth as the business expands
