We specialize in fun and unique 3D-printed toys, fidget toys, sensory products, customizable clickers, keychains, and accessories . Customers can choose colors, styles, letters, shapes, and other options to create personalized products. This is a hands-on retail position perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, demonstrating fun products, and turning mall traffic into sales. Responsibilities Greet and engage customers walking by the kiosk Demonstrate our 3D-printed toys, fidget products, and clickers Explain customization options and help customers build their own products Actively approach customers and encourage product demonstrations Recommend products and upsell additional items or customization options Operate the POS system and process cash and credit card transactions Keep the kiosk clean, organized, stocked, and visually appealing Refill product displays and monitor inventory throughout the shift Learn the different products, colors, sizes, and customization options Provide friendly and professional customer service Help create a fun and exciting shopping experience What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable approaching customers Strong communication and customer service skills Sales-minded and motivated to reach sales goals Reliable and punctual Comfortable working in a busy mall environment Able to stand for extended periods Comfortable handling small products and assembling/customizing items Retail or sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person Interest in toys, collectibles, 3D printing, fidget products, or customization is a plus Why Work With Us?
