Full-Time Job Description Galleria Furniture is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by sales and earning potential. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience. Learn and confidently explain our furniture, mattresses, and other products. Identify customers' needs and recommend furniture based on their style, space, and budget. Build relationships with customers and follow up with potential buyers. Handle sales from initial contact through closing. Present pricing, promotions, financing options, and payment plans. Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals. Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive showroom. Assist with product displays and keeping merchandise properly presented. Use social media and online marketplaces to help generate sales leads when needed. Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale. Work professionally with customers and fellow team members. Qualifications Previous sales or customer-service experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, energetic, and comfortable approaching customers. Motivated by commissions and achieving sales goals. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work weekends and a flexible retail schedule. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
