This is a fast-paced phone sales role where agents make outbound dials, receive warm transfers, qualify prospects, present available health coverage options, and close enrollments. This position is built for people who are coachable, competitive, and serious about income growth. Training is provided during the first 2-3 weeks , including product knowledge, call control, objection handling, compliance expectations, and sales process development. Schedule Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Compensation This role includes base pay during training plus commission and incentive opportunity. Agents typically earn commission on enrolled plans, with the average commission per plan around $150 . Lower-producing agents may close 1-3 sales per day , while higher-producing agents may close 2-6 sales per day . Top performers may qualify for up to $2,000 per week in bonuses/incentives , based on production and company guidelines. Responsibilities Make outbound calls and receive warm-transfer leads daily. Pre-qualify prospects by asking the right questions and identifying their coverage needs. Present available private health insurance, limited medical, indemnity, and related plan options clearly and accurately. Follow the company sales script, disclosures, and compliance process. Handle objections professionally and confidently. Maintain control of the call from introduction through enrollment. Accurately document customer information and enrollment details. Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and roleplay. What We Look For Strong verbal communication skills. Competitive mindset and willingness to be coached.
