What you'll do:

• Greet customers and assist with their shopping needs
• Explain and recommend Metro by T-Mobile products, services, and promotions
• Conduct product demonstrations for mobile devices, accessories, and plans
• Upsell to maximize sales
• Accurately process POS transactions, including cash handling and payments
• Maintain merchandising standards: stock shelves, organize displays, rotate products
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and product rotation
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues to ensure satisfaction
• Keep the store clean and organized

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred; Haitian Creole also desired
• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in electronics or mobile services
• Ability to explain technical products clearly
• Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette
• POS, cashiering, and basic math skills
• Upselling ability with a friendly approach
• Reliable, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Pay:
