The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, learns about our products, keeps the store organized, and helps create a welcoming shopping experience for every customer. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service. Assist customers with product questions and recommendations. Learn about store products, new arrivals, promotions, and product features. Operate the register and accurately process cash, card, and other transactions. Verify customer identification and follow all applicable age-restriction policies and laws. Keep shelves and displays organized and presentable. Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock or product needs to management. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, register area, display cases, and other store areas. Follow opening and closing procedures as assigned. Handle customer concerns professionally and notify management when necessary. Follow all store policies, safety procedures, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Work cooperatively with other team members and assist with additional store duties as needed. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Comfortable handling cash and using a point-of-sale system. Willing to learn about a variety of store products. Able to maintain a professional and friendly attitude with customers. Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Must be available to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be willing to cover shifts when needed.
