Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and energetic Ice Cream Scooper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for serving delicious ice cream to customers, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate should be flexible with their work schedule, including availability for weekends and evenings, to meet the needs of our busy ice cream shop. This position offers an engaging environment where customer service and teamwork are essential. Responsibilities Serve ice cream and other treats to customers in a courteous and efficient manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the scooping area and display cases Handle cash register transactions accurately and responsibly Ensure all health and safety standards are followed at all times Restock supplies as needed to ensure the shop is well-prepared for customer demand Assist with cleaning duties, including dishwashing and sanitation of work surfaces and bathrooms. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering recommendations Be flexible with work hours, including working weekends and evenings as required Ability to follow directions and be consistent in perform all assigned task. Experience Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required Must like social media and starring in our short skits played on Instagram, Facebook and Tik Toc. Must be flexible with ability to work weekends and evenings Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude are essential Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn about products and company procedures Ability to multi-task and work in front or in our new Sprinkle room with parties. Looking for creative minds for new ice cream creations or dippables.

Pay:

$11.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 - 15.0 per week
