Sunshine City Pets is looking for a professional, friendly, & motivated retail associate, or more, to join our pack! We are looking to hire immediately to fulfill current demand. The ideal candidate will have a great compassion for animals, outstanding customer service, attention to detail and weekend availability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Schedule appointments for grooming services for our booked & busy grooming staff
• Maximize sales and provide a consistent customer experience
• Communicate effectively with customers to determine needs
• Develop exceptional relationships with current and prospective clients
• Report and maintain appropriate inventory levels
• Create and maintain personal clientele info with regular communication and customer follow-up
• Actively participate in merchandising standards
• Assist staff in driving store initiatives
• Actively support securing company assets through effective Loss Prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Protect the Sunshine City Pets brand message and philosophies by maintaining a professional and personal appearance
