Responsibilities Greet every customer, offering assistance on bait, tackle. Care for and maintain live bait and system. Handle cash drawer operations with precision, including cash handling, retail math calculations, and shift end. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions via phone etiquette and in person, offering recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction. . Support staff during busy periods or special events, ensuring smooth store operations and high customer satisfaction. Maintain safety standards and ensure the shop environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
