Part-Time Sales Associate | Women's Boutique MISRED Outfitters is looking for an outgoing, dependable, and style-minded Sales Associate to join our team. We are an independent women's boutique in downtown St. Petersburg, and creating a great experience for every person who walks through our doors is at the heart of what we do. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, has an eye for style, and knows how to make customers feel comfortable, confident, and welcome. What You'll Do As a Sales Associate, your #1 priority is the customer experience. You'll help customers find pieces they love, offer styling suggestions, answer questions, and keep the sales floor looking beautiful and ready to shop. At MISRED, great salesmanship isn't about being pushy. We think of ourselves more like personal stylists. Some customers want lots of help and opinions; others want space to browse. A great MISRED sales associate knows how to read the room and tailor the experience to each customer. You'll also help with the day-to-day needs of the shop, including: Greeting and assisting customers Styling customers and making thoughtful product recommendations Ringing up purchases and handling transactions Keeping the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing Restocking and light merchandising Helping with general opening, closing, and store tasks Who We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you are: Friendly, upbeat, and comfortable talking with people Dependable and responsible Confident helping customers with styling and fit Self-motivated and able to stay productive during slower moments Detail-oriented and willing to jump in wherever needed A team player with a positive attitude Interested in fashion, styling, and retail Weekend availability is required.

Store Hours Monday-Saturday:

11:00 AM-6:00

PM Sunday:
