Pay & Growth Start at $17.00/hr Raise to $18.50/hr after 90 days if you're reliable and pulling your weight Paid every week Room to move up to installer and crew lead as you learn What You'll Do Paver installation: excavation, base prep, compaction, laying, cutting, and edging Sod installation and landscape work (rock, mulch, plants) Load and unload trucks and trailers with materials and equipment Learn to run plate compactors, saws, and skid steers Leave every job site clean Requirements (all required) Your own reliable transportation to our Sanford shop by [6:30 AM], Monday-Friday Able to lift 50+ lbs all day, every day Able to work full days outdoors in heat and sun Shows up on time, every time. Two no-call/no-shows and you're done Takes direction and works well on a crew Nice to Have (not required) Paver, hardscape, landscape, or construction experience Valid driver's license Hiring Process Qualified applicants get a quick phone call, then a paid working day on a real job site with our crew.
