Job Summary Join our team as a Morning Donut & Coffee Team Member! We're looking for someone who is friendly, upbeat, dependable, and loves interacting with people to help create a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors. This is a morning position, so reliable morning availability is important. You'll spend much of your shift greeting customers, taking orders, preparing coffee and specialty beverages, packaging donuts and pastries, and keeping the front of the shop clean, organized, and inviting. The right person for this role is naturally personable, enjoys staying busy, takes initiative, and understands that great customer service is just as important as great food and coffee. Barista or coffee experience is a big plus, but we're happy to train someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn. Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a warm, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately, answering questions, and helping customers with menu selections.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other specialty beverages with consistency and attention to quality.
• Operate the register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Package and serve donuts, pastries, breakfast items, and other menu offerings.
• Assist with preparing and setting up the morning lineup of donuts, pastries, and breakfast items.
• Keep the front counter, coffee station, dining area, and workspaces clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift.
• Restock supplies and anticipate what the team needs during busy periods.
• Follow all food-safety, cleanliness, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Assist with special orders and other shop needs as needed.
• Work together with the team to create a positive, energetic environment for both customers and coworkers. What We're Looking For

• Someone who enjoys talking with customers and making people feel welcome.
• Previous barista, coffee shop, café, or customer-service experience is strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling busy morning rushes.
• Dependable, punctual, hardworking, and able to take initiative without constant direction.
• Willingness to learn our coffee and beverage menu and maintain consistent drink quality.
• Food-service or bakery experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work well with a team and jump in wherever help is needed.
