Retail Store Associate

We are currently hiring dependable and motivated Retail Store Associates to support multiple store operations departments. Associates may work in stocking, online order fulfillment, customer service, cleaning, grocery support, cart retrieval, and general merchandising. Flexible schedules are available, including day, evening, and overnight shifts. ResponsibilitiesStocking & Unloading Stock shelves and organize merchandise Assist customers while working on the sales floor Load, unload, and move merchandise and bulky products Sort products in the backroom Help unload trucks when needed Maintain clean and organized work areas Use ladders safely when required General Merchandising & Online Orders Fulfill online customer orders accurately Locate and select merchandise on the sales floor Prepare customer pickups efficiently Dispense customer orders in varying weather conditions Provide friendly customer assistance throughout the store Cleaning & Maintenance Maintain a clean and organized store environment Sweep, mop, dust mop, and clean floors Clean windows, glass, restrooms, and lounge areas Maintain parking lot cleanliness and trash collection Follow sanitation and safety standards Food & Grocery Support Assist customers in bakery, deli, dairy, produce, meat, and grocery departments Stock and replenish displays Answer customer questions regarding products Prepare and fulfill deli or food service orders Clean and sanitize department areas Cart Attendant Duties Retrieve shopping carts from parking areas Assist customers with loading merchandise into vehicles Help maintain parking lot safety and cleanliness Requirements Ability to lift, move, and carry merchandise Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Strong teamwork and customer service skills Ability to climb ladders when necessary Pay Competitive hourly pay based on position and shift.

Pay:
