Job Overview LMN is a women's clothing + jewelry + accessories boutique located along beautiful 30A in Seacrest, FL! We maintain a fun, fast-paced environment with LIVE music at Peddler's Pavilion. We are looking to hire team members for Fall 2026 Responsibilities Assist with tagging, pricing, unboxing, steaming, organizing merchandise. Pay attention to detail in all areas of the business such as organization, cleaning and merchandising of shop. Willing to comply with daily protocol. Willing to work at both store locations (indoor and outdoor locations). Willingness to learn POS system; Prior POS system knowledge is a plus. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for outdoor work is essential Experience with POS systems, cash handling, retail math, and merchandising techniques Organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain a clean store environment Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members alike
