We're looking for more than someone who can scoop ice cream — we can teach that. We're looking for people who show up when scheduled, enjoy interacting with customers, help their teammates, take pride in their work, and notice what needs to be done without always waiting to be told. What You'll Do Serve customers and create a friendly, welcoming experience Scoop and weigh ice cream and prepare shakes, sundaes and other menu items Operate the register Clean, stock and keep the shop organized Complete opening and/or closing responsibilities Help your teammates and stay productive throughout your shift When we're busy, we move. When we're slow, we clean, stock and prepare for the next rush. We're Looking for

Someone Who:

Is reliable and takes their schedule seriously Is friendly and comfortable talking with customers of all ages Takes initiative and notices what needs to be done Works well independently and as part of a team Can accept feedback and use it to improve Takes responsibility for their work Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable transportation Evening and weekend availability Able to stand and move throughout the shift and perform normal cleaning and stocking duties Experience is welcome, but reliability, attitude and willingness to learn matter more to us.
