Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Beverage Cart Attendant, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience on the golf course by providing exceptional beverage service directly from the cart. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to combine excellent customer service skills with efficient food and beverage operations. As a Beverage Cart Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering refreshing drinks, managing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized cart to ensure guests enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their round. Duties Operate the beverage cart efficiently along designated course routes, ensuring timely service to guests. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately, including cash handling and credit transactions. Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction through friendly recommendations. Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized cart environment, including food preparation areas and storage compartments. Assist with food service customer order management, ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly and correctly. Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen equipment operation while maintaining a safe workspace. Qualifications Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail sales transactions is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred. Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Experience operating kitchen or food industry equipment is a plus. Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Prior quick service or fast-food restaurant experience is beneficial. Ability to stand for extended periods and operate a mobile cart across varied terrain.
