Salt & Creek is looking for a dependable, organized Shipping & Store Operations Associate to join our small boutique team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working independently, and keeping things organized behind the scenes while also being comfortable assisting on the sales floor when needed. The primary focus of this role will be shipping and order fulfillment, inventory organization, receiving product, and day-to-day store operations . Because we are a small team, this person will also help with general boutique needs and customer service as needed Compensation will be based on experience and expertise.

Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and outgoing packages Drop off outgoing shipments on designated shipping days Receive, unpack, inspect, tag, and organize incoming inventory Maintain organized back stock, storage bins, and inventory areas Assist with inventory counts and transfers between store and warehouse locations Help process returns and returned merchandise Steam, tag, barcode, and prepare new merchandise for the sales floor Keep shipping supplies stocked and the fulfillment area clean and organized Assist with general store organization and merchandising as needed Help customers and support the sales floor when needed Work alongside our team to help with online orders during higher-volume periods We're looking for someone who: Is extremely organized and detail-oriented Is dependable, punctual, and able to manage tasks independently Is comfortable learning shipping and inventory systems Can safely lift and move boxes and merchandise Is comfortable being on their feet throughout a shift Can prioritize tasks and work efficiently without constant direction Has strong attention to detail when packing orders and handling inventory Is friendly and comfortable interacting with customers when needed Has previous retail, shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, or inventory experience — preferred, but not required This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a larger role as Salt & Creek continues to grow. We're looking for someone who wants to become a reliable part of a small team and take ownership of the shipping and organizational side of the store.

Schedule:

Part-time & Full time , with availability needed on designated shipping/fulfillment days which are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
