What You'll Do as a Sales Associate Represent Frontier professionally while introducing customers to available products, services, and promotions. Work directly with customers as a Sales Associate to understand their needs and provide helpful solutions. Answer customer questions and clearly explain Frontier products and service options. Build positive customer relationships while creating a welcoming experience. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Frontier solutions. Record customer feedback and information accurately to support team success. Work alongside other Sales Associate team members to achieve daily goals. Develop strong communication and problem-solving skills through your experience as a Sales Associate. What We're Looking For Strong verbal and written communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment. Motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively with a team.
