We are looking for a friendly, motivated Flooring Showroom Sales Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has an eye for design, and can confidently help homeowners choose the right flooring for their needs. Flooring knowledge and /or previous flooring sales experience is strongly preferred. Experience with flooring products, installation, measurements, or residential remodeling is a major plus. This position has a base salary plus supplemental commission based on individual sales. We are open to hiring a full-time or part-time employee. Full-time employees are offered company benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming showroom experience.
• Help customers select flooring products based on their style, needs, and budget.
• Explain products features, materials, installation options, and care.
• Prepare quotes and assist with sales from initial consultation through purchase.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow up on leads.
• Keep showroom displays clean, organized, and attractive.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Work with installation manager, vendors, and team members to help ensure a smooth customer experience.

Successful Candidate Will:

• Previous flooring, flooring sales, interior design, remodeling, or related experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of flooring products and installation a strong plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable discussing pricing and closing sales.
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Basic computer skills required. Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Office and Quickbooks.
• Strong work ethic with little supervision after the training period.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
