Truly Eye Care is an optometry private practice, committed to providing personalized eye care solutions and quality eyewear in a warm, professional environment. We are seeking an additional skilled Optical Sales Associate to join our optical sales team. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, and guiding patients through their eyewear selection. This position requires a blend of optical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills to build strong, lasting relationships with both patients.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service:

Deliver exceptional service to patients, assisting with eyewear selection and ensuring satisfaction.

Insurance Billing:

Handle insurance billing and claims accurately and efficiently.

Organization:

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. 2+ years in optical sales Proficient in insurance billing procedures and handling claims. Strong proficiency in Google Workspace Reliable, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently within a small team.
