Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Greeter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers entering our store, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive washing experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, as well as the ability to assist with various tasks throughout the store. Responsibilities Greet customers as they enter the store with a friendly demeanor. Provide information about products and services, assisting customers in locating items. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Conduct wash package demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers. Maintain an organized and welcoming entrance area, ensuring it is stocked with promotional materials. Utilize POS systems effectively for processing transactions and managing inventory. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Bilingual Confident Self-sufficient Enthusiastic Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions!
