Atlanta, GA Job Details Full-time 1 hour ago Qualifications Customer communication Patient question and concern management Optical experience Managing clients in a customer support role Internal employee customer service Customer engagement Full Job Description The Optical Call Center Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers while supporting the day-to-day needs of the Optical department across multiple locations. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's optical products and services, including eyewear, orders, and related processes. The associate will assist customers by placing orders, answering questions, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and identifying appropriate solutions based on each customer's needs. The Optical Call Center Associate plays an important role in building and maintaining positive customer relationships, increasing customer retention, and supporting the growth of the business through excellent service and sales. Applicant must have excellent customer service and communication skills and respond to internal, external patients and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Being empathetic and able to give focused attention to the detailed needs of our patients is required. The ability to multi task, the use of strong organizational skills, always responding using good communication skills, and managing complaints in a professional and timely manner will lead to success to this position. 2 years Medical / Healthcare experience required. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
