Understand customer needs and provide accurate product information. Guide customers through the vehicle selection and purchasing process. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet dealership sales goals. Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options. Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations. Requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
