Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection, makeup application demonstrations, and personalized beauty consultations Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare, haircare, and related beauty supplies to effectively inform and upsell customers Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions, cash handling, and stock management Build strong customer relationships through attentive service, follow-up communication, and multilingual support when applicable Manage stock levels through merchandising, stocking shelves, inventory checks, and organizing product displays to attract customers Utilize social media management skills to promote new products, special offers, and store events to increase foot traffic and sales Conduct sales data analysis to identify trends, optimize merchandising strategies, and achieve or exceed sales targets Skills Proficiency with Millennium or similar salon software for client management and appointment scheduling Experience with POS systems, cashiering, retail math, and basic cash handling procedures Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele Knowledge of cosmetology principles and makeup application techniques to provide expert advice and product demos Excellent organizational skills with time management capabilities to handle front desk duties efficiently Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction Familiarity with social media platforms for content creation and engagement to boost store visibility Customer service excellence with phone etiquette skills for professional client communication Basic math skills for retail transactions and inventory calculations; organizational skills for merchandising efforts Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for beauty meets your talent for sales!
